The Tanzania Immigration Service has announced the list of candidates selected to join the April 2026 intake for Initial Immigration Officer Training. The update follows the recruitment process conducted through the e-Ajira system, where applicants who have been successful have already received official notifications via email and mobile phone messages.

According to the announcement, selected candidates are required to report at the Raphael Kubaga Immigration College located in Mkinga District, Tanga Region. The communication sent to each candidate includes specific details on the reporting date, time, and instructions for joining the training.

Candidates must present proof of their selection upon arrival by showing the message received through email or SMS. In addition, they are required to carry valid identification documents such as a National ID, Resident ID, or passport to confirm their identity.

The Immigration Service has also directed candidates to report with original documents for verification. These include a birth certificate, academic certificates, and a National ID along with copies. This verification process will be conducted before candidates are admitted into the training program.

Further instructions outline the items required for the training period. Candidates must have valid health insurance or pay the required amount if they are not covered. They are also expected to bring essential personal items, including bedding in specified colors, a mosquito net, a trunk, buckets, sportswear, and cleaning tools. Candidates should also have personal funds for their daily needs.

The notice adds that some of the required items are available for purchase at the college, offering flexibility for those who may not have everything at the time of reporting.
