ECZ Announces 2026 School Examination Dates for Zambia Candidates
The Examinations Council of Zambia has announced the official schedule for the 2026 school examinations. The notice gives full sessional dates for all candidates and examination centres across the country.

According to ECZ, the examinations will follow this schedule:
- Primary School Leaving Examination: from 26th October 2026 to 30th October 2026
- School Certificate Examination: from 30th October 2026 to 17th November 2026
- General Certificate of Education: from 3rd July 2026 to 23rd July 2026
- Teacher Education Examinations: from 6th November 2026 to 26th November 2026
All examinations will be conducted under the official guidelines for administration and management set by ECZ.
