Registration Guidelines for Inductees
All successful examinees planning to attend the oathtaking must register online via PRC’s official portal not later than 12:00 noon of the day before their scheduled ceremony. This step is required to confirm attendance.
Inductees are also instructed to:
- Print their Oath Form with a generated QR code
- Present the document during the ceremony for attendance tagging
It is recommended that examinees register in the same region where they took the licensure examination and where they intend to register as professionals.

Registration through the online system does not guarantee a reserved seat unless a ticket is secured.
Seating arrangements follow a first-come, first-served basis.
Those unable to attend the scheduled face-to-face oathtaking may opt for:
- Online oathtaking, or
- Special oathtaking after all regional ceremonies have concluded

Interested inductees may coordinate with the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) using the provided regional contact details.
